Yolanda Richter is a native to the Emerald Coast area and joined the GrandShores' accounting staff in 1994.  Heading the Accounts Payable Department, she fulfills many of the financial responsibilities for our associations. 

Prior to joining the "GrandShores Team", Yolanda was the administrative assistant to a 204 unit condominium for five years and also has a background in the landscaping and construction industry, as well as mortgage lending.
