Warren Thompson, a native of Santa Monica, California, has been living in Panama City Beach since moving from Miami, Florida in 2000. Warren received his Associates of Arts Degree from Santa Monica College. While in Miami, Warren was involved in a major renovation of a hospital near the campus of UM in Coral Gables, Fl. Upon completion of that project, Warren joined Arvida, one of the area’s largest home builders, where he helped develop the city of Weston. His experience in the home building industry soon lead him to Northwest Florida with the St. Joe Company, the state’s largest private land owner. In ever expanding roles in both Bay and Walton Counties, Warren oversaw and/or was in charge of Customer Service, Warranty Services, Property Management, Construction, Process Control, and Maintenance for both single family and multi-family developments, including two of the area’s largest resorts. He holds over 25 accreditations from Build IQ University in Construction and Management related curriculum. He is Certified in Mold Assessment and Remediation. His knowledge and appreciation for superior customer service has formed bonds that have lasted several years and continues to serve him well. Warren joined the GrandShores Management team in July, 2007.
