Rick Davis joined GrandShores in 2008 and is the Association Manager for Luau Condominium Association.  Rick has over 15 years of management experience and has owened his own successful business.  Most recently he was manager for a large retail home improvement company.  His education, leadership, and extensive experience fostering postive relationships with vendors and customers bring value to his association.  Rick has lived in Niceville for the past 5 years and has made the Emerald Coast his home.  He is a licensed CAM and enjoys golf, boating, fishing, and the Georgia Bulldawgs!
