As part of our maintenance program, we provide regular site inspections of the property, present our findings to the Board, and assist in securing bids when maintenance work is required outside our contract.

EmeraldShores has over 102 employees that are well trained and have required skills to perform Common Area maintenance, preventive maintenance and cleaning.  Experience in High-Rise Condominiums are essential as buildings are more complicated and require building knowledge to keep mission critical systems up and running.
