Pat is one of the area’s “true” natives of our beautiful Emerald Coast.  She has lived and worked in South Walton County most of her lifetime. She is one of GrandShores’ original employees.  Pat transferred to the Sandestin Owners Association, Inc., in 1997 and was ultimately promoted as the ARB Administrator before leaving the area for a brief time.

Pat returned to GrandShores in December 2003 to begin training for a career as Association Manager.  She was successful in obtaining her Community Association Management License, now managing high end associations, most of which are in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.  Her goal is to continue her education in the field of association management, working toward the highest level of licensee.
