Our History Has Never Been Brighter


Our company was founded over two decades ago managing associations inside Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort.  Steve Maynard purchased the company in 1997.  At the time of purchase GrandShores was managing 12 associations with 13 employees including three association managers. 

Since this meager beginning GrandShores and our sister company, EmeraldShores Services, have grown to more than 85 associations, 18 association managers, and 200 employees.  However, we have never lost our focus that continues to be based solely upon association and facilities manangement. 

We do not rent units, and we do not sell real estate.

Even though our growth is strong our Vision of unparalleled service is even stronger!
