Michelle Ragan grew up in DeFuniak Springs, Florida and moved away after graduation in 1998 to Nashville, Tennessee, where she began her management career.  She started out as a Leasing Agent for the apartment community where she lived, in 2001 part time. In 2003, she moved into a full time Assistant Manager position at a neighboring apartment community with Alexander Properties Group, Inc. out of Atlanta, Georgia.  Approximately 15 months later, August 2004, she was promoted to Property Manager at another neighboring community closer to downtown Nashville.  During her three and a half year adventure there she received her CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) license. 

Now she has come back to Florida! The beautiful beaches and her wonderful family brought her back to this fabulous state.  Since her return in May of 2007 she has successfully completed her Florida CAM (Community Association Manager) license.
