Les Nichols was born in Ringgold Georgia and was raised in the Carpet industry. Once graduated from High school he decided it was best for him to go and join the United Stated Marine corps. There he learned extensive leadership skills that have enabled him to be able to set and accomplish goals. He got married in 1998 to Jodi Nichols and they had 3 kids together. Once he was discharged he found a home in The Florida Panhandle and has been here since. He worked in the Heating and Air conditioning field for almost 5 years then decided that he wanted to work in the hospitality field. From there he worked in Maintenance, and then slowly worked his way to Maintenance Manager with a large condo in Destin.  After that goal was reached he decided with the experience he has received he wanted to be a Property Manager. He received his Cam License and for a short amount of time worked for An Association Management Company in the Sandestin area, and now is an Association Manager for Sterling Sands Condo’s in Destin. Les looks forward to a long career as an Association Manager with Grand Shores
