Don Alley, a native of Washington D.C., now resides in and is Vice-President for the Emerald Point HOA. He has been an Association Manager with GrandShores since 1999. Don received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Airfield Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an Associates of Arts Degree from the University of Maryland in Business Management. Don retired as a Senior Master Sergeant in the Air Force after twenty-one years of service and worked as the Guest Services Manager for a premier resort on the Panhandle before coming to GrandShores.

Don has invaluable knowledge related with Building Renovations and Waterproofing, having overseen 14 Special Projects from town homes, mid-rise and high-rise condominiums. He is an expert in coordination, communication and control forming a strong bond between attorneys, architects and the Board of Directors.   Customer service, building relationships, and professional accountability form the basis for his Team Approach.

In September 2005, Don was promoted to District Manager based on his natural ability to lead and inspire.  He is the go to person for training, quality control and oversight of the Association Management staff.
