Debbie Kotke joined GrandShores Management Group in April of 2003.  Ms. Kotke began her career in hospitality as a front desk clerk in 1984.  Throughout the years she began handling rental units and became rental manager then reservations manager for the same real estate company.  In 1997 Ms. Kotke was given the opportunity to become the association manager for this real estate company.  After receiving her CAM license, Ms. Kotke began managing 14 condominium and homeowner associations in Santa Rosa Beach on Highway 30-A. 

In 2003  Debbie brought her experience and skills to GrandShores Management Group.  Debbie is currently managing several of  our properties of distinction along the  beautiful Gulf Coast within Sandestin.  Ms. Kotke recently completed her assignments and testing requirements  and was awarded by  the Community Association Institute her CMCA designation.
