Connie Joyce is a native of Mountain Home, Arkansas, where for 29 years she was a nurse, specializing in geriatrics.

Upon relocating to Florida in 1999, Connie went into the hospitality field while awaiting her Florida nursing license.  Hospitality and property managing became her preferred profession.  Prior to joining the GrandShores family, Connie worked her way up from a front desk clerk to managing a 631 unit condominium association.  She has gained much experience in reconstruction and renovation of condominiums both before and after disaster.

Connie’s underlying principal of life and how to live it is:  Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.
