Charlotte is a Florida licensed Community Association Manager and Real Estate Salesperson.  Before joining the GrandShores team she worked for more than 5 years, specializing in development and pre-construction projects.  She has been involved in all phases of the process, from the idea of development and plans, permitting process dealing with county and state governments, the removal or demolition of dilapidated property attachments, initial announcement and reservation stage, through hard contract, and re-sale phase of properties.  Prior to her real estate career Charlotte had over 15 years experience in travel agency marketing and management with  an extensive background in selling deluxe resorts and travel destinations.  She earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Mississippi, and has focused on advertising and management ever since.

As a Destin condominium owner since 1992, Charlotte has seen many changes along the Emerald Coast.  Being born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, she made her full-time home here with her family in 1996.
